Patents and Intellectual Property
We will only consider technology covered by a patent.
Countries we would like patent coverage in: Primarily interested in U.S. patents. U.S. patents with international counterparts are always more appealing.
Deal Structure, Licensing and Ownership of Intellectual Property
We are looking to buy this technology.
Looking to acquire patents outright. If the seller wishes to maintain a personal, non-exclusive right to use the patent(s), with no sublicensing or transfer rights, that should be possible, although it may affect price.
