Patent for Sale:Healthcare Data Analytics
Primary Application of the Technology
The Problem Solved by the Technology
2. Silos, or warehouses of data and time delays between when care was given and when that data is available for sharing - within Health Information Exchanges (HIEs)
How the Technology Solves the Problem
2. Share patient data utilizing data from the point-of-care (the source of truth) - for Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). An HIE does not need to have providers transmit patient data to a central warehouse, after which the data can be shared with the "requestor(s). Requestors can receive a real-time patient data set which will result in a total patient data set which combines all the data for all the points-of-care within the HIE.
The technology provides the ability to collect patient data from any electronic or paper medical record and develop analytic reports for patient populations
