A scent notification system coupled with a conventional cell phone - a scent notification system designed to alert the cell phone user of an incoming call or message via dispersal of a fluid with an aromatic property. The scent notification system includes a casing that is coupled to the cell phone. The casing has an interior volume that contains at least one fluid cartridge and an expansion chamber coupled. The cartridge includes a propellant to propel the fluid from the cartridge to the expansion chamber where the fluid converts to a gaseous phase and then propagates out of the expansion chamber via a nozzle.
