Overview

A multiple use helmet shell, the primary objective is safety. The LED lighting increases the visibility of the helmet. Benefit - it can save lives! A new technology that uses LED lights to illuminate the helmet. The LED lights last for 72 hours on a single charge. The shell is extremely lightweight and can be customized for a user or different product designs.The product is now waterproof, fireproof and durable and can be made any one of three ways. There are 3 national patents and 3 international patents with more pending.

Encapsulated Shell Features:
- Shell attaches to existing helmet and uses original vent housings.
- Supplied helmet trim replaces existing helmet trim along edge.
- Existing strap hardware secures shell to helmet.
- Shell can be mounted to any kind of existing open-faced or closed-in face guard helmet.
- Complete shell is only 14.6oz

Operating the Helmet:
- Switches on the side of the shell allow a user to turn on/off the LED lights and control various devices; including emergency flashing lights, solid light, or white lights can manually pivot by 45 degrees, remote control sound chip - can be personalized or tied to a motorcycle P.A. system.

Multiple LED lights:
- Contains 46 blue lights, 46 red lights, 30 amber LEDs; plus 2 super bright white adjustable visor flashlights.
- Lights controlled by low power micro-controller chip.
- Uses high-efficiency, low-on-resistance field effect transistors to drive LEDs.
- LED's generate no heat.
- Night visibility = 1 mile.
- Day visibility = 150 feet.

Battery Pack:
- Lightweight lithium batteries.
- Batteries are rechargable by a bike or user's belt.
- Six hours constant runtime on single charge.
- Flashing logo display is built into the battery pack casing.
- Two built in speakers operated by sound chip.

Target market is helmet manufacturers, there are many uses for these safety helmets including: law enforcement (motor bikes), miners hats, coast guard, rescue workers, sports helmets - cycling, football, hockey, snow ski, skateboard.
