Overview

Personal video eyewear modules for use in the emerging mobile TV/video market. The personal video viewer is integrated into eyewear that connects to a mobile device e.g. a portable media player or mobile handset and allows the user to view high quality, color video as if they were watching it on a 42” screen from a distance of seven feet. This breakthrough, patented optics technology uses diffractive planar optics to convert an optically transparent plate into a complete, light-weight wearable viewing system. The system uses a single micro-display that allows for a low cost manufacturing.
