This technique is more efficient and faster than the traditional means of building a cell lineage. It accurately identifies the nuclear areas and eradicates them allowing the creation of the nuclear genealogy.

The microscopic cell image is obtained using a specific microscope, using a filter the image is efficiently analysed extracting a smooth area as a nucleus from the image.
