Equipment manufacturer looking to buy U.S. enterprise telephony patents.

We are an operating company looking to acquire U.S. patents covering all aspects of modern telecommunications equipment used in corporate and enterprise organizations. Areas of interest including VOIP, IP-PBX, IP-Phone, voicemail and unified messaging technologies.

We will only consider technology covered by a patent.

Countries we would like patent coverage in: Pending applications and international (non-U.S.) patents are only of interest to us if they are part of the families with U.S. patents.

We are looking to buy this technology.

We will acquire the patents outright. A license back to the seller is negotiable.

This is an ongoing search, however, we have budget available today to acquire patents matching our interests, and we wish to move quickly.
