A tissue specific transporter function inhibitor that has both a ligand structure and a polymeric molecular structure that is not capable of passing through a membrane tissue.

The tissue specific transporter inhibitor is not absorbed or has difficulty being absorbed through the small intestine, therefore has the ability to prevent deterioration in the quality of life that is caused by diet therapy, of patients who are suffering from tissue dysfunction diseases, or renal failure by explicitly decreasing the absorption of nutrients through the small intestine. Additionally, the tissue-specific transporter inhibitor is valuable for medicine that prevents the onset of tissue diseases such as renal diseases and treatments that thwart the progress of renal failure into dialysis.
