Significant budget to acquire patents and portfolios in all areas of ecommerce
Overview
We are searching for patents related to various aspects of ecommerce. Our interest covers electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems.
Web-based technologies would be of highest interest to us but we are also open to considering email and other electronic commerce related inventions.
Patents and Intellectual Property Requested
Our primary interest is U.S. issued patents--ideally with PCT foreign counterparts. We would also consider pending applications in a portfolio with U.S. issued patents.
Deal Structure, Licensing and Ownership of
Intellectual Property
We have budget set aside to acquire patents and portfolios outright. We would consider providing a license-back to the seller, if this was a necessary part of the transactions.
