Study the modification mechanism of different surface-treating agents and carry out the best one and the best combination. Expected targets and technical milestones: 1. Improve reparability of low-grade Kaolin clay and make the most of current mineral resources. 2. Impove technology by control ore pulps concentration, particle distribution, Fe2+ concentration, PH value, growth circle of TF bacterium and oxidation time. 3. Solve the problem of single-product, unsteadiness of quality, high-energy-consumption and low production capacity of modified production, at the same time increase the product performance, reduce energy consumption and extend application field to fill the market demand. 4. Realize online examine during production process of slurry concentration, viscosity and particle size, meanwhile realizing automatic control of slurry concentration, stir speed, stay time of material, slurry pressure, filter-pressing period, dosage of surface-treating agents and the reaction time. |
