Searching for Client/Server Software Architecture Patents

Wanted: Patents and Portfolios Related to Web-Software

If you have patents or portfolios related to fundamental client/server methods and systems we would be very interested to evaluate them and bid to acquire them if they meet our standards.

We are actively looking for software patents, especially those related to the web-development environment. Anything to do with web servers, web browsers, browser-server interaction would be very appealing to us.

Patents and Intellectual Property Requested
U.S. issued patents are our top priority. If you have overseas patents, and applications as well, please include them in the portfolio as they could add value to the U.S. patents.

Once we have the patent numbers, we can conduct our analysis on the patents themselves. Marketing materials, information on potential infringement and licenses is very useful to us.

Deal Structure, Licensing and Ownership of Intellectual Property
The transactions we prefer are outright patent sales (assignments).  However, we are sometimes able to consider licenses and other more flexible deal structures.

Due Dates for Proposals and Responses
We can move quickly.  We can often turn around an offer to buy a patent or portfolio within a matter of days.
