Remuneration
As the ultimate aim of the navigation service is to guide the company toward success, and successful transactions, Tynax aligns its interests with the client by keeping the cash retainer and consulting fees to a minimum and arranging for transaction commissions and equity in the form of common stock, options or preferred stock warrants.
